I have been using Susan for years. She is amazing!
My mother filed taxes back in April and the IRS is still yet to receive her declaration. After almost a month of trying to get an explanation or solution, our calls and messages are now being ignored. No refund was issued and we’ve had to contact the BBB.
I highly recommend The Tax Ladies. Great experience getting my taxes done! Everyone was so helpful, courteous & knowledgeable! Krista prepared my taxes and she was wonderful!
Unfortunately I have had a nightmare trying to get everything fixed that was messed up here...
