I made numerous phone calls, sent text messages, and emails. It seems like these folks dropped off the face of the earth! What started great ended up being bad as can be. Still no proof of work done this year, still no refund from last year, the IRS is sending me notices about paperwork not properly filed, and penalties for me to pay the IRS like I'm a damn donkey! Really disappointed to have to leave this review. I hired the Tax Hive to help deal with the IRS. I have called over a dozen times with zero return calls or messages. The IRS has no record of The Tax Hive dealing with the IRS on my behalf. I would advise people to stay away from this business. I will never give them a recommendation. Very disappointed.
