This company has called MULTIPLE TIMES, when I asked for the gentleman’s name, and the companies address the man asked if I thought I was funny asking that, when I said no it’s for my safety he threatened me, attempted to say he would add money onto back taxes I do not even owe, threatened that that would make sure I would owe massive amounts of money for next tax season. They want stop calling my damn phone. I've asked them about 20 or 30 times. Next step is I'm getting a lawyer this is harassment
paid to have them file my taxes. they were never filed. suddenly couldn’t contact them and their office moved/closed. never got my money back or heard from them since.
I have asked them over 20 times to place me on the DO NOT CONTACT LIST. I still get multiple calls from them. If they can not even keep track of their DO NOT CONTACT LIST and keep calling people over and over and over I do not see how anyone could trust them with help with taxes. It is so simple and easy to keep a DO NOT CONTACT LIST. It is almost embarrassing that they can not even do this.
