I was a very happy customer with the cpa, Richard Prantil, when his business was at 220 N.Wellwood. When he left, I had the worst experience with TTFC. They gave me the wrong quotes for the returns, poor communication, the left hand didn't communicate with the right hand, I told them verbally and put on my online acct that I changed banks, and they sent my returns to my closed account, left my former address on the returns, and when they finally mailed me copies of my returns, they never sealed the envelope!
