Been going to the Tax Factory for years. Always relied on Sylvia's expertise. Even after moving over an hour away, we continue to make the drive knowing we are in good hands.

Came to leave a review of this company and I’m not surprised about the recent reviews as it’s the same experience we had. We recently got a notice from the IRS about 2023 monies owed due to the Tax Factory’s error and sought legal advice in regard to it - eventually just paying it on our own since we have other stresses and obligations right now + we are now in a different state.
