Been going to the Tax Factory for years. Always relied on Sylvia's expertise. Even after moving over an hour away, we continue to make the drive knowing we are in good hands.

Came to leave a review of this company and I’m not surprised about the recent reviews as it’s the same experience we had. We recently got a notice from the IRS about 2023 monies owed due to the Tax Factory’s error and sought legal advice in regard to it - eventually just paying it on our own since we have other stresses and obligations right now + we are now in a different state. 10mos AFTER 2024 IRS filing. TF let us know we owed due to TFs error. The founder was RUDE. I asked for a slight discount of the significant amt we paid for the trouble, stress, gas & time to fix TFs error. She stated we were lucky they caught it before the IRS did & charged penalties & accused of us filing fraudulent taxes! We provided TF with all documentation, TF was the one who filed inaccurately!
