10mos AFTER 2024 IRS filing. TF let us know we owed due to TFs error. The founder was RUDE. I asked for a slight discount of the significant amt we paid for the trouble, stress, gas & time to fix TFs error. She stated we were lucky they caught it before the IRS did & charged penalties & accused of us filing fraudulent taxes! We provided TF with all documentation, TF was the one who filed inaccurately! Yes I did my taxes here and I’m not going to call out who helped us but it was a female. Smart lady but not only was the experience bad customer service wise but we felt she wasn’t helpful at all. Find another place.

Hands down, the worst place I have ever been to have my taxes done. Our tax “professional” made several mistakes costing us penalty fees and never even apologized.
I have worked Kristin C. for quite a while and, hands down I give 5+ stars. She is very informative. She helps me understand complex circumstances without making me feel embarrassed or inadequate. She gives me good information to help me make the best decisions on how taxes will hurt me the least.
