Extremely unprofessional. Saw Jack a year ago and decided to hold off. Had a new appointment, drove all the way there to be told no longer accepting new clients since I use a different CPA. Apparently since Jack retired, this group is worthless. Don't even bother if they don't do your taxes. What's the point of advertising that they can help resolve issues.
I've had a great experience working with Jack at The Tax Experts Group, he went above and beyond helping me with my state and federal taxes. Jack resolved the issue with the State of California within 24hrs. The Tax Experts Group filed state/Federal taxes for the last several years, and their accounting skills and knowledge of the IRS is unmatched! Jack worked a miracle for us on our OIC!! Thru the entire process, Jack was professional, gracious, kind and reassuring!
