My tax refund was sent directly to the accountants bank account (Jim LaBella), and he says he never received it...I can absolutely prove, that he received it..and he proceeded to humiliate me, when I questioned him. This accountant is not to be trusted and I am proceeding with a case against him, for his tax fraud.
I'm in Mt. Pocono and I find the Tax Depot to be very efficient and as a recent transplant they haven't failed with their service! They are friendly and personable! I rate them 5*

AVOID THIS PLACE! They did my taxes in 2021 claiming they knew what they were doing. Big joke. The IRS sent me a notice in 2025 saying I owe $410 because Chrissy or James made mistakes. I called the IRS to dispute this serious issue. They told me to contact my tax people for them to cover the cost since that is usually the case since I paid them for THEIR services that lack common tax knowledge clearly.
