I hired this company to help with my state and federal back taxes. They charged me $700 to do an investigation which took several months for him to get back with me I sent emails asking for an update and never heard anything back. I finally received a call from a very rude gentlemen telling me they looked into my taxes and my state taxes due was about 20,000 and that they could set up a payment plan for an additional $2500 but they may be able to get there state to settle on $5000 less so $15,000. I contacted Tax Defenders regarding back taxes to work out a repayment plan. I immediately forwarded to them the requested information and signed documents after they assisted me with getting an approved ***** loan to retain their services. I then called to check their receipt of my documents which I mailed with return signature requested and received delivery signature card. the tax defenders are helping me get out from under the great big thumb of the irs. if you owe them money and want someone to represent you with the government, the tax defenders are a wise choice. ************************ and ******* have been and continue to be helpful. their services are quite reasonable compared to what i had been paying the irs for a few years according to the agreement i more or less had to make with them. i chose the TDs based on what i read here on the BBB and i am happy i did.
Will not return my messages and just want my money

I would definitely recommend Tax Defenders for any help you need with your taxes. They helped me every step of the way and were always there when I had questions. It took awhile to get my tax problem taken care of but it was definitely worth the wait and they honestly have changed my life.
