I hired this company to help with my state and federal back taxes. They charged me $700 to do an investigation which took several months for him to get back with me I sent emails asking for an update and never heard anything back. I finally received a call from a very rude gentlemen telling me they looked into my taxes and my state taxes due was about 20,000 and that they could set up a payment plan for an additional $2500 but they may be able to get there state to settle on $5000 less so $15,000.
