Have been utilising them for my personal tax returns for many years and the service is always exceptional.
Would not recommend. Long delays, communication skills quite appaling (always had to send multiple emails or make calls to clarify matters and instructions, got given unclear explanations when we had questions), fees unclear. Had many headaches with them. My partner and I will do our own taxes next time.
