Been audited twice 2018 2019 they filed my w2 And put me down as owning a business. I dont own a business. Now they blocked me on Facebook messenger before they said they would fix it. Now they wont answer calls . I know I'm. Not the only one this has happened too.

I got audited for 20xx. sent them the notification letter the irs gave me. They said they will take care of it, fast forward 5 months i get another letter from the irs stating i owe them a balance due of xxxxxxx. Reached out to THE TAX Company with questions and they have left me HIGH & DRY. You would think this is very routine basic for a TAX Company to take care of. I mean its kind of their one job right. So I would recommend filing your taxes else where unless you want to be ignored/not taken care of.
