Let’s see if a one Star review will have them call me back. I dropped off my daughters tax paperwork in April I still have not heard back and have left a number of messages. Do I need to take a day off work to come down in person????
I got my taxes done at the beginning of March 2025. They informed me that I owe Federal a decent amount of money. I went onto the IRS website to make a payment plan. It stated that they have yet to file my taxes. I have called them twice already the first time they said they would talk to the CPA but no one called me back. Today I called and the person that answered the phone informed me that Federal denied my return. But no one never told me about that. Not professional at all. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend.
The tax agent here took my money to "file" my taxes yet the IRS has never received my filings. I have called multiple times since May with no call back from the CPA with an explanation as to why the IRS hasn't received my taxes. They refuse to refund the $208 they charged me or fix the issue with the IRS.
