Be very careful when "meeting" these agents, they fail to disclose what they charge. They also send very threatening emails when they don't get what they want. Good luck with that.
Extremely disappointed that for 2 year in a row we were told we had booked with one agent to only to be given another, we took time off work and arranged childcare to meet them and the staff member we ended up being allocated couldn't answer our questions (because it's not part of their role nothing against them personally or professionally,) I will not be returning.
These guys are just awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!
