Dropped off my stuff with weeks of lead time. They made no progress and only told me they were missing something (which I had already emailed weeks ago) when I called them the day before they were due. I tried sending again and they claimed I gave them a virus and refused to do my taxes. These guys dont know how to operate a computer. I would only trust them if you have the most basic w2 and receive nothing electronically.
I have been going to the Tax Center for several years and working with Ann. She is professional and pleasant too. Ann goes above and beyond to get my taxes correct and is so happy when I get a refund. She explains the tax world to me so I am ready and prepared with all documents. Other tax people I have been too have been stressed since it is their busy season. Ann is just the opposite. She is a pleasure to work with!! Thank you Ann!!
