My sister and I have had our taxes prepared here for a few years. Two years ago one of their tax preparers made so many mistakes he was let go ( my sister’s taxes had a $2000 mistake) and it was a huge headache with the IRS, of course. This year I picked up my return and mailed the vouchers with payments. The next day I get a call from the Tax Center saying they put “a number in the wrong box” and I now owe an additional $300!
