I completed 6 sessions with Tash and all I can say is the experience was unbelievable. The tools that Tash showed me were truly beneficial for my anxiety and although I am not cured of my anxiety she provided me the tools on dealing and managing them. I highly recommend Tash at The Tapping Room!

I couldn't recommend tapping highly enough. Going into my first session with extreme trauma, I felt my emotional blocks begin to shift, the first session. It is a gentle process yet very powerful. I've tried alot of different healing methods over the years, this has been transformative. Nat makes you feel very comfortable, in a very calm relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars all the way
12 weeks of tapping with Tash was a really beautiful and intimate experience. I learnt how to connect with myself and my emotions, regulate my anxieties and apply happy to my daily routine. Tash made me feel safe, seen and heard and I truly appreciated her in this time. Would highly recommend trying this experience.
Tash is absolutely amazing she has helped me work through my anxiety and so much more I would highly recommend her.
