This place is wonderful and all the staff are so kind, I started coming by every few months for tea but i inevitably became very curious about needlework and they all guided me through every step of getting started and walked me through any problem i came across along the way--its only been about a month and a half and I've already finished two projects and on my third! to anyone who's ever been curious about knit, crochet, or just getting in to a new creative hobby, I can't recommend this place more!
Pat is the store owner and she is very knowledgeable about the yarn. Beautiful store. Nice place to get yarn and patterns. She also has tables to sit and knit or crochet. They also have a great selection of tea and tea pots.
Our first visit today and we are 'hooked'. 😀 I know nothing about yarns, crocheting, knitting, etc. but the Ewe seems to be a Mecca for those who do-and at a high level. The welcoming artist vibe fuels it all. There is a respectful fraternity here. And the teas!!! The curated collection offers a bit of heaven in a cup for every taste. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and their willingness to help you find the exact yarn you need for your project is unmatched.
This is such a gem of a yarn shop! I am so happy that I got to stop here and get some goodies on our trip before we headed back home. The owner was so nice and friendly! I got some knitting things I had never seen before in other shops. This is a must when I return to Gadsden again! I love everything about this shop! Thank you for this wonderful place!
