I recently bought 2 pairs of DuBarry Galway boots. They were a great price around Christmas and a speedy delivery. Very easy people to deal with as well. Highly recommend.
I asked if something was in stock before I ordered it and was told it was available but their website is a bit “glitchy”. I ordered it and waited for the confirmation email but nothing came and it took them 2 weeks to respond to my requests for information. Apparently they were unable to get into their office for two weeks because of weather (?). Anyhow product is not available. Small business baloney - don’t offer products if you can’t get them.
Great store, friendly staff, and a great range of products. Super helpful if looking for something specific Sad they temporarily closed their storefront but glad they still have the option to shop online! Shop + support local and small businesses!
Do not order any products. They are taking money but not sending any products and eventually stop responding to any emails. Something is very wrong here.
Don’t buy from them. Ordered a product 3 months ago still waiting for it, poor communication I have to keep following up, they tell me all their supply chain drama like I work for them or something. They even said “we in the same boat” and it’s like nope we not in the same boat the difference is I’m out $400 and you up $400. They offered me a pitiful 15% coupon on my next order as if I would order from them ever again.
