Owner is Steven Oleesky, store is closed now. He has stolen a lot of people's money for failure to deliver on tables. I paid $1800 in May for a table, called in late july, got the run around. Went by the place and it's vacant.
My wife and I purchased a table at the table store and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The table was not stained properly and rubbed off on our clothes and stained our brand new white quartz counter. They also left a nail in the bases scratching our brand new hardwoods. When I called the table store to advise of the issue, They replied all sales and final and you signed for it. They offered to send someone out in 10 days. Really? What a poor customer experience. If there were negative stars I would give that...we ordered a $1000 coffee table from them in march and was told that it would 12 weeks...after 12 weeks go by we never received a call or email...we called them and we were told that they moved the wearhouse and were behind on everything but they were working on it...we waiting another 2 months and still no call or anything...with several calls and no return....we called them and even called them to tell them that their web site was down... after 4 months I then stopped in the... read more
We ordered our table in April and they told us it would be custom made and have it delivered within 12 weeks. they recently sold everything in the store and told us they weren’t closing... just getting new inventory. Called them many times in the past month and they said it would be here in 2 weeks. Then continued to call and no answer for 2 weeks. No table and now they are closed. $1400 table that was supposed to be custom made.... they are liars!
