This company had a booking for 30 plus customers (drop off and pick up), pre paid for 15/4 - 19/4. Upon arriving at our pre paid and pre booked pick up location at 7pm for pick up at 7:30pm, the bus did not show. This company left about 30 people including children and babies, stranded with luggage at night in Sydney. Trip was Prepaid, Agreed time 7:40pm, driver didn’t show we waited until 9pm, no call to let us know it was cancelled they just did a no show. Driver kept screwing with us telling us 15 more minutes and then never came. Called up the company to find out what’s happening and they said he’d canceled. If I could review 0 stars I would. I obtained a reasonable quote from this company, accepted the quote and paid the 10% deposit to confirm the booking. 3 weeks after the booking was confirmed, the company emailed advising the bus I had confirmed was no longer available - they did not give a reason, just said it was no longer available. They advised another bus could be arranged however this would be significantly more than what I was quoted.
