Complete and utter failure.
They act like the Mental Health Diversion Court program will help you get back on your feet, which is an absolute lie. I am almost done with treatment (ends in March 2024) and am in the hiring process for a state-licensed job. I do legally qualify because I have no actual convictions, but because the court refuses to print an end-date to my treatment, instead typing and printing endless appearance dates....my hiring and application process is being heavily questioned. Quick and easy visit, helpful clerk. She was polite and helpful, which was refreshing compared to other county's courts (not that I make a habit of visiting them!)
Phone tree does not ever actually connect you to a person. Spent more than an hour on the phone going through every option, in order to appeal a ticket- and they are all set up to never allow you to request a court date. Horrendously inefficient.
Yazmin (I hope I'm spelling that right.) Was very friendly and helpful with me as we worked to find a case for my team's client. She and the other clerks were professional, happy, and very kind.
