I visited their facial studio, L'Atelier, and had a wonderful and warm welcome. It's an inviting space and not intimidating. I felt very relaxed during the experience although they said it was a more clinical one. I loved the way they shared with me product tips and how they would change the facial for my skin's needs. I loved the way my skin looked afterwards and the products they used. Will return regularly and have shared with my friends.

Cyberderm Simply Zinc is a remarkable product. I didn't realize that chemical sunblocks were irritating my skin until I started using this product. It's not great to use under makeup but if sunscreen is all you put on your face then this is the one to use. The Sunwhip is also really nice. My skin has a better glow now that I use these products than when I was using the sun creams I bought at Shoppers.

I love the SunWhip everyday moisturizer-I order three at a time to be sure I never run out and sometimes gift an extra one or two to friends to introduce them to this excellent product. The service from the CyberDERM team is exceptional as well-with the last shipment I ordered, there was an unusual delay in Postal Delivery and I contacted CyberDERM with concerns of the whereabouts of my order-it usually arrives within a week from Ottawa to Vancouver Island.
