DO NOT USE! This has been the worst experience. I hired them for my 2024 taxes and deeply regret it. Jimmy helped me file for S Corp election but failed to review the document before submitting it. Because of a clerical error, the IRS delayed the filing, and it took him so long to fix it that we missed the S Corp election for 2024 entirely. Extremely overpriced with little to no personal attention. They charge based on income instead of business complexity or number of employees. You have to schedule 30 minute phone calls weeks in advance just to get basic questions answered. They dropped the ball on communication and so my taxes were not filed which was, essentially, their only job.
