This is by far the best credit union office I’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff are very nice to work with and the branch manager Heather Miller is what every credit union or bank needs. GUARANTEED. She is knowledgeable’, and demonstrates she cares for the members after my first encounter with her. She is well spoken and passionate about her job too. Very discriminatory, rude and disrespectful tellers and bankers…. Requested to pay a loan, the bank teller which I have her number listed. Made sure to announce over the teller speaker. That collections will like talk to me… how humiliating and embarrassing. Absolutely disheartening to experience. Why would anyone in there mind think that’s okay to announce that. She lied and said that’s what she was told but when I called management they stated they never told her to take those actions.
The staff needs to be retrained on Customer Services. It's the worse Credit Union. They made me so mad that I closed my account and paid off the auto loan.
