Been dealing with Summit for over a year now I keep reaching out to multiple numbers asking for help they're refusing to basically help me get an access to my credit card information. They also cut off me getting text messages so I see what transactions I have. I went into the bank to ask for assistance they made the problem worse by locking me out of my account all together because like I explained to her I have no problem logging into my online account but because my credit card has been hacked so many times with this comp... read more

Wow! this is just crazy.... The number of times I have been given wrong information by people at this branch and the main service center is shocking. The tellers and staff mean well and want to do a good job but the training must be just bad. Tried to pay off an auto loan in full, (needed the title) received bad info every step of the way, what should have been a simple quick process took 2 weeks. Now the car is sold.... I do not have the title.... Buy is not going to be happy.....
