I'm very frustrated with Summit's only two ATMs in Onondaga County. Sometimes the touchscreens simply don't react to touch, making it impossible to make a withdrawal. It finally happened at the Erie Blvd location when the branch was open, so I went in and inquired. The teller said they've all been begging for new ATMs for a long time. I've only had this account for a few years, but if they don't fix or replace those ATMs I'll have no choice but to close this account and start over at a different credit union.

Been dealing with Summit for over a year now I keep reaching out to multiple numbers asking for help they're refusing to basically help me get an access to my credit card information. They also cut off me getting text messages so I see what transactions I have. I went into the bank to ask for assistance they made the problem worse by locking me out of my account all together because like I explained to her I have no problem logging into my online account but because my credit card has been hacked so many times with this comp... read more
