Wow! this is just crazy.... The number of times I have been given wrong information by people at this branch and the main service center is shocking. The tellers and staff mean well and want to do a good job but the training must be just bad. Tried to pay off an auto loan in full, (needed the title) received bad info every step of the way, what should have been a simple quick process took 2 weeks. Now the car is sold.... I do not have the title.... Buy is not going to be happy.....
Organized and welcoming environment. Tellers seem to move quickly and efficiently. Provides different services to fulfill any banking needs.
