The one time I needed a 24 hour atm, the machine was out of service. Very angry and disappointed
My family and I have been banking here for decades. The app is helpful and works well- I can deposit checks via my cell phone and check on my balances with no issues. Anytime I've had a concern, a member of their team has addressed my issue timely and with respect. Rates are good too, I was able to refinance an auto loan with a much lower rate and my current credit card interest rate is also low.
I've only been dealing with this bank for a few months but it's always been a good experience. The girls are very helpful, and very kind they always remember my name!
