I keep having issues with this bank. I went into the branch today and the security is not woth it. Thwy should close the branch
There’s no incentives for members and there atm is always broke or will short you money. Employees were supposed to refund money twice in my account on two separate situations. My money was never refunded. Go to a bank or credit union who offer things not this one! Also there’s fees for everything!
Yesterday afternoon was my very last straw. With this particular location, I get tired of the dirty looks and the weird looks shoulder looking at my account, I didn't appreciate helping to stay outside and wait with my spine issue like I'm begging for something and all I needed was my money today.
