We (ages 68 and 70) have been living at The Suites for six months. We are very happy with the freedom, community and convenience it provides. Love the heated underground garage with a car wash bay and workshop. The residents are friendly but, if you enjoy your privacy that is OK too. During the winter months we enjoy Friday Happy Hour gatherings, card games, Mahjong, library, etc. During the warmer weather the bike trail, golf course, public pool and library with outdoor music concerts are within a couple blocks. The Suites provide a unique living experience for active 55+. The Suites are lovely and the common areas are outstanding. This is a cooperative, so members own a share of the building and pay a monthly fee for operating expenses. The co-op members share decision making and the building is professionally managed.
