My mom has been living there since 2022 and we love it! She has a beautiful full one bedroom apartment, not just a room like at many other facilities. They handle meals, showers, medications, and offer many other activities and services. They have connections with home health and have several services that come to the facility. Everyone that works there is great and cares. The director of nursing, Soso, is a god send and I am so very grateful for her. Highly recommend, especially after dealing with several other facilities.
The Suites has been the perfect place for our family member - giving her the space, comfort, and as needed assistance she needs in a colorful community we already love.
Living at the Suites has allowed my mother to rest and receive the 24 hour care we could not provide for her living alone at home. We are grateful to the staff who dedicate themselves to the residents. Soso and the nurses are compassionate. The Care Partners do their best to take time and accommodate my mom’s needs. My parents moved into their apartment almost two years ago. The staff, facilities and amenities offered by The Suites at Algiers Point have been wonderful. It is comforting to have the memory care unit available for my father to transition into in the future and secure parking for my mother who is still very independent.
