I reached out asking about how I can book with her after receiving a Groupon Christmas present as her online schedule said it was booked out, she replied and said she would be opening up more spots for January and would keep me posted. I checked her website today to see if spots had open up and was met with conflicting information, there were more spots opened up like she has said for the Groupon, but there was also a banner running that stated something along the lines of ‘not taking on more Groupon clients and to go reques... read more
Horrible. She declined my appointment. I got an email saying my appointment was declined but then received a message saying she was looking forward to meeting me and sent her address. The communication was super confusing. I tried to call to clarify but no answer. I didn't want to miss out on a massage so I went to the address anyway and she was super unprofessional at the door "the appointment was declined, that other reply was just a standard answer".
Michaela is awesome. I've had many massages before but none done with such care from and extremely caring person. I can't wait to book again. Highly recommended 💯👍🏾
