Robin's class was a delightful and unexpected surprise for this kiwi passing through. No idea how they're able to support a business with drop-in yoga at $12 a class, but definitely worth supporting this gem!
Megan is a fabulous instructor. I had her all to myself for my first class and she made me feel so comfortable. She offers multiple modifications to meet you where you're at and has a very soothing demeanor. It was a great way to start my day. The studio is lovely and the location is very convenient to the freeway so easy to get to. I'm excited to put my monthly membership to good use. It sounds like they're going to be adding kids yoga and some mommy and me classes for babies which I am so excited about!
Great place to experience yoga at your own pace - no judgement! You do what you can do. Teacher Val is the best! Glenda F
