This company is fantastic, from Alex Murphy to Pelumi helping me with an issue. Unbelievable service, professionalism and attitudes.
I have been working with The/Studio for years. I've placed dozens of orders without issue, and even referred some of my clients, but something changed recently. The complete lack of communication and disorganization is shocking, especially since I am a long-time customer. I'm not even sure if this is a real business anymore.
Our patches were drawn and created by kids. The Studio patiently worked with us to get the design, colors, and shape exactly how the kids had envisioned the patch. We are extremely satisfied with the process and the end product!
Do not use this service for any of your merchandise needs. I placed an order with them, paid the invoice and didn’t hear back about the proof or anything for three days which I should’ve received 24 hours later. Come to find out they state they have no proof or invoice in their system of my payment for my order or had my account or email in their system and continue to ignore any request to fix this situation or refund me my money. We had a fantastic experience working with this company. From the beginning they were very professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail of our design. The patches turned out absolutely beautiful. The embroidery quality is outstanding, the colors are vibrant, and the final result looks amazing on our Elevated Kenpo uniforms.
