I have never had a team go the extra mile to accommodate customer needs like the team at The/Studio! We had limited time to have our merchandise created and delivered and despite processing delays, and even providing a delivery date rhat was later than we needed, this fantastic team heard our concern and pulled together to meet our need and beat their delivery date by 4 days! This will be the 3rd time I have used THE/STUDIO for a business custom pin project. They are very responsive with all inquiries and follow up. I had time constraints for this project and they were truly on top of the situation and kept me abreast of tracking. Also, each person I dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant. The pins were also great quality. Thank you for all your assistance.
The people of this company will go above and beyond to make sure every issue or concern you have is met. I ordered a patch, had a small hiccup with the process, but what made it an incredibly pleasurable experience was how their support team handled the entire process. Thank you to those that were involved, great customer service and the product itself is quality.
