It goes without saying that after I leave a bad review in his 20-30 years in being an attorney he only had maybe 7 Google reviews. ***Edit: you can most definitely come back and try to paint a better picture to make yourself look good in this situation, at the end of the day you were wrong, you were rude on the phone. You had a demand letter in your hands that gave you all the facts that you needed to deduce what I was seeking.
