Acupuncturist is excellent. Everyone is low key and as you walk in, feel sense of calm
Repeated disregard for payment instructions. Billed wrong card directly after being given the correct information. On 2 occasions. Too expensive to have these unprofessional neglectful practices.
I only got a couple photos of the women's dressing/lockers and shower area. I left my phone in the locker once I changed into the spa supplied robe. Ive been enjoying the Stronghouse Spa in Quechee VT for about 6 years. Though, not on a regular basis - as much as I would like. This spa is quiet, cozy and laid back. I wasn't going to leave a review for this place but it's been a month now and we still are talking about what a bad experience this was. We have been to spas all over and this has got to be the worst value for the money of any spa we have ever been to. The therapists were good but the rest of the experience was awful from start to finish.
Excellent professionals. They helped me recover from a knee injury with thoughtful guidance and highly effective treatments. I’m truly grateful for their support.
