RT & The Stride Shop are my running family. I made an appointment a year ago, on the recommendation of a friend. I had been a runner at different points of my life but was always slow and often plagued by shin splints. I was referred to RT Hill by a friend to prepare for my first marathon. I worked with RT for 4-5 months and highly recommend him. RT helped me with my workouts, running form, physical therapy, and injury prevention. I completed my first marathon recently and could not have done it without the help of RT and the Stride Shop. Five stars from me!
Great experience! I went in with some pain in my Achilles/leg and as a runner, this made me super nervous. However, RT was knowledgeable, very professional and created a plan for me. After two visits, I was pain free and rain a 1/2 marathon PR! Highly recommend!
I dealt with some tough running injuries but with the help and expertise of RT I was back on my feet quickly and repaired with a great foundation for continued success. Hit my goals with the marathon I was training for 4 weeks after going to the stride shop. Cannot recommend enough!
