I have suffered with muscle/back and hip pain. I am extremely thankful that I was introduced to Jamie from a friend. I visit a chiropractor regularly and have remedial massages, but nothing compares to my pain relief after I have been to Jamie for stretch therapy. I can highly recommend him. Ive had trouble with my neck for many years now, I’ve been to other specialists and I’ve always left there feeling worse and suffering with migraines for a few days after, I was very hesitant and scared try stretch sessions with Jamie as nothing else had worked in the past.
