I worked with Krestrel at Stretch Space to prepare for a triathlon, and I can’t say enough about the incredible support. As someone who’s more of an armchair athlete these days, Krestrel showed patience...and a lot of it...and had a deep understanding of how to get my body race-ready. The session was a blend of deep stretch therapy, relaxing breathwork, and yoga-inspired movements. It was far more restorative and grounding than I expected. Thanks again, Krestrel and Stretch Space!
Just had my first stretch session with Carolyn today and holy mama was it good !!! Highly recommend for anyone who needs a release and some TLC. I felt so held and safe and was able to fully lean in to places I've been holding alot of pain and stress. It was such a different experience to the standard rmt massage -so much more elevated and healing
