I have been going to The Stretch Lab Newcastle for 4 years now. I go once a month for an hour session without fail & the benefits have been amazing. I'm 72 & feel energised ,supple & more flexible.Your whole body feels "released ". I see Nat, who is seriously good at what she does. The whole Stretch Lab is so professionally run along with brilliant service & results. They tune each session to your needs and everything is explained. I can't recommend their services highly enough. Give it a try and stick with it.

Am absolutely loving this place and all the benefits you get. 🙌🏼 There’s no way I could do these stretches myself. I wouldn’t be able to get the range and would probably hurt myself even trying! I’ve been three times now and will keep going … the girls are all lovely, super strong and knowledgeable. I am so glad this place exists and have been recommending it to everyone. It’s such a benefit for tightness and injuries associated with that. I always walk out feeling amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks so much girls.
