Stay away from this place if you actually care about your loved ones. It is absolutely HORRIFIC! You don't receive anything they promise you on the front end, it's all a BIG FACADE!! They purchase cheap food to serve residents and it's NASTY! 🤮 Maid Service is shotty and infrequent, trash stays piled up in the laundry rooms, No Security, residents with memory loss wander aimlessly in the hallways nightly, constant problems with alarm systems and water supply as well as electrical issues weekly. Finding the perfect place for my 87 year old mother was a priority. My wife and I visited many independent care facilities in the Triad, and finally found what we know is the “perfect place,” at the Holiday Stratford. Our tour of the Stratford was superb, as Paige Crouch, the sales manager there was so helpful, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and addressed any concerns. I am writing this review as feedback on our initial experience visiting the Stratford for a tour. My sister and I met with Paige Crouch, Community Sales Manager who gave us a tour and answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to address all our concerns on the first visit. We returned the following day with our mother to tour the facility. Luckily, it was a very positive experience. I didn’t wanna come to the Stratford. I was angry because my kids were making me do this. Fortunately, it has been the best thing I’ve ever done I have friends we go places and do things. The holidays are always fun. We have parties May 4 be with you. New Year’s Halloween Easter you name it we celebrate it all. There are always a couple of Down sides but the benefits outweigh them by far. You can even have pets I have two cats. They’re my Four. Legged children, they keep me Company which I love
