My Mom has been a resident for two years and really enjoys living here. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help anytime they can. When we came the first time to tour the community we met Paige who was such a help in so many ways. She went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and made sure Mom settled in. It is such a blessing for Mom to live close by and a still keep some independence while living in a beautiful senior community.
Paige and all of the Solista High Point staff are wonderful! They are kind and caring people!
I am sharing this on behalf of my mother-in-law, Mary. Being a resident at Solista for nearly a year now, she has met the nicest people and is having the most wonderful time. All her needs are taken care of, and the staff is incredibly nice and truly cares for everyone. It is really like a big family! It's its own micro community that truly watches out for one another. One star is too many for this facility..My mom has lived at Solista for 3 years, in that 3 years I have seen the kitchen staff angrily yeal at residents well into their 90s, (double mastectomy survivor) I will not mention her name the staff knows her name but I will drop the staff names .. The kitchen staff are the worst they yell and speak to residents very condescending over things like asking for banana's! Very Professional, friendly and caring. Has consern for the residents well being. Made the choice of putting my mom into the Independent Living place easier. Very well maintained and beautiful place. Rooms are great and well maintained. Great area also.
