I've been here for 3 years, and we are not getting the services we pay for. We hoped things would get better with the new management, and it was good for a minute. There are people here who depend on housekeeping services, they never received. Food has gotten worse. The problem with Solista, previously Stratford, they admit residents that should not be in an independent living community. A lot of residents should be in memory care. They also don’t have enough staff for food and cleaning services
