I think u can improve y I your service by bombing for insects. I couldn't go into my unit until my son set off insect bombs to kill the Spiders & nest they made at both doors. I have a severe allergy to Spiders. If u hadn't raised the price, I would not have minded as much.
Hands down a great place with great customer service. I have never had an issue. Very polite and respectful. The price is great as well. I have been with yall going on 3 years and have had no issues.
Customer service is out of this world! They even offer a truck rental for free when you start leasing a locker, which really helped. Good honest people. Highly recommend
