I don't have a single complaint about this facility. Secure, clean air conditioned restrooms, very roomier wash down bays under good management ( Jodi is a sweetheart). Best money I've spent on a place to store my toy. 5 STARS

Five stars I found them on Facebook and ever since then is history. I store my boat and a lot of equipment there. The lady upfront is so nice and the owners are down to earth and always there to help if I ever do need it.

This is the best dry storage anywhere. As others said, it has great facilities and keep the place up with daily maintenance. If you have an issue or need help, they will send someone out immediately. That said, it has become very expensive. Since the new ownership corp took over, my rate has gone up 68%. There will be a point where the cost can’t justify the great quality. It's getting close. With inflation slowing, it would be nice to see a decrease.

Great place to keep your boat. It's covered and gated. There's wash bays to clean your boat after use. They even have ice machines. I live in port aransas and keep my boat at the storage place because it's the nicest place around
