We had a fantastic experience working with Vito to change out a countertop and install full-height backsplash in fantasy macaubas quartzite. We went on-site to map out the template on our slabs and cut a matching stand for our dogs with our remnant. The whole team was easy to work with.
From start to finish, our experience with The Stone Brothers has been great. From Jackie walking us through the steps of the process and showing us the various slabs that were available in the showroom, to Vito managing our job and even filling I when needed. Jackie did not mind when I just stopped by to ask questions, and is so knowledgeable of all the products. We chose several styles of Cambria quartz for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Overall we've been pretty disappointed. Especially given the recommendations we got for The Stone Brothers. Summary: Problems repeatedly happened in templating/cutting. They could have been "easily" addressed before install but weren't. That resulted in a ruined (matched) slab, huge delays, and lots of time and stress for us. Communication throughout was mediocre and we had to chase every detail/step.
