I have not picked up my cross stitch in almost 30 years. A lot has changed; a lot has stayed the same. I was so excited to discover The Stitching Post is still around with everything you need to start and complete an entire project! The other thing that hasn't changed is how much heart and help is there including the cheerful, "Welcome back to stitching" I got as I walked out the door. Thank you for an incredible morning of rediscovering my love for counted cross stitch.
Great variety of patterns, thread, beads, needles ans tools, and more. And the models too so you can see how a pattern looks. Went to get ideas for a family member who does cross-stitch and I'll probably be back! They were super helpful and nice inside too.
Fun place to visit with old friends and purchase supplies
My mom and I visited this shop for the first time and found our experience to be absolutely terrible. We were not welcomed when we walked in the door. The only reason the employee talked to us was because we smiled at her. There were several employees in there and no one ever checked on us and offered to help us. We spent over an hour looking around and had a large stack of items to purchase. We had to wait almost 15 minutes to be checked out while the clerk and a customer stood at the register gossiping.
