Bought $10k AV system in '90s. Failed in '25. Asked for help via email. No response. New ownership is apparently not interested in business. Car service is good. Do not recommend home service.
The stereoshop has changed apparently with new employees. I never felt so uncomfortable walking into this stereoshop. I asked about a remote start and was told to go back and get the phone number off the door? It was dark and dreary looking back there and thankfully someone actually helped me with a phone number. Although it took him roughly 10 minutes to find a pen. There were 2 other employees who didn't even acknowledge me what so ever? That was actually fine with me. Do not take your car to this place the Dan guy is an absolute joke !! My wife took my car to him to get 2 fog lights installed for a birthday gift !! We were told to bring car in and when we arrived the kid looked like he was stoned , could barley keep his eyes open and the guy who we went to told us when we walked in good luck trying to wake him up ???
