Cannot really give it a better score. This small town bank does NOT call you if there are ANY issues with deposits or withdrawals or payments on your account, even if it is their own error. They let ANYthing happen and do not inform you of anything, but are super happy to take fees and money from you and others, even if it is not your own fault that caused any issues. (If there was another bank in the town, I think this one would have a BIG problem based on our friends' and business friends' comments about them too).
