The Stated Home is a great place to shop. Laura happily answered our questions and offers a great return policy -- not that we needed it! We love our Palm Springs sectional. It's very comfortable, attractive, and supportive.
Laura was incredibly helpful in guiding me through a custom Lee sectional order from giving me all the information on the different ‘sits’, to ordering samples and follow through to delivery. We are so happy with the final product and highly recommend The Stated Home! An amazing experience all done online via emails…very impressed!
We purchased 2 Couches and a couple of patterned pillows multiple sizes. We absolutely love that we could customize every aspect of this purchase. We purchased several items from Laura at The Stated Home, and could not be happier with the quality of the furniture, the manner in which it is made, and the level of customer service during the process. As with most manufacturers during COVID, The Stated Home experienced delays, but we were happy to wait and appreciated Laura keeping us updated on the progress of the pieces. Laura and her company are amazing to work with. She is attentive and she actually cares about your order and your satisfaction. She represents what is best about American small businesses. My order was delayed by the Manufacturer for a couple of months. Laura was communicative, responded to all my inquires and made sure that my furniture was going to be delivered in perfect condition.
