Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I despise the "Connect" teller. All I want is to use my ATM card at the ATM and instead I am forced to spend an extra ten minutes having some teller treat my like a child. I have been with the State Bank for 22 years and I am starting to look for a new bank. This bank used to provide excellent service, now I don't understand the path you are on and I don't think I am going to be along for the ride!
