This bank is ridiculous I've had nothing but issues since I opened my account. If it isnt them closing local branches its the mobile banking app never working or the fact that theres no way to check my acct balance 24/7 without said banking app (that literally never works). I'm switching to a different bank one that actually has a working banking app or at the very least effective customer service.
