I have been with this bank for many years now with multiple accounts. I always make it a point to go inside because of the friendly service. Many of the girls show interest in the welfare of myself and family, looking for updates on my daughter's hockey. Proud to be a member
We just went in to open a savings account for our 6 year old son. The teller at the counter was very kind. However, the lady at the desk, I believe her name is Tess, rolled her eyes as soon as she heard that we wanted to open an account for him. When we went over to her desk she flashed her fake smile and made a comment how it was going to take awhile. She definitely gave off the vibe that she was annoyed. I went in the bank on Monday (11/04/2024) and I had a few transactions and the young lady that was waiting on me was very patient with me , she was so kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help.
The ladies at the state bank are always friendly and ready to help in anyway they can. I purposely go inside the bank every week to see the friendly faces at state bank Linden.
