I really wish I could give them a zero for stars they allowed money to be taken off of a bank card that was canceled out and then overdrafted my account and then when I go in to pay the overdraft fee and close the account I'm going to be 24 hours before the account to be a close should have never been charged to fee or overdrafts cuz the car that was used was when they were merging from State Bank to choice One and my state bank cards were canceled strongly suggest do not use this Bank
I wish I could give half a star. I miss the State Bank. I had been banking with the State Bank for nearly 30 yrs before they became Choice One, my husband had been banking with the State Bank for over 50 yrs. We weren't real excited when we heard about the change over to Choice One especially when we were told nothing was going to change. Wrong! a lot has changed and not for the better.
