Bad customer service and new burrocratic rules everyday. Probably need my birth certificate to do a simple deposit next week. They hand count cash like its the 1990s. Everything takes 45 minutes even when there's plenty of staff and no other customers. Trash honestly. Shocked I miss wells Fargo.
This is hands down the absolute WORST branch you could ever go to. They close for EVERYTHING. Even “inclement weather” WITH NO STORM WARNING. The weather didn’t seem that bad when an employee opened the locked door with 3 McDonald’s bags, walked in, and locked up immediately. They’re having a lunch break while they “are not open” Their hours claim to be open for Drive Thru Service 7 days a week, yet they have permanent poles blocking off 2 lanes. They have treated me like family no matter the branch.
I really wish I could give them a zero for stars they allowed money to be taken off of a bank card that was canceled out and then overdrafted my account and then when I go in to pay the overdraft fee and close the account I'm going to be 24 hours before the account to be a close should have never been charged to fee or overdrafts cuz the car that was used was when they were merging from State Bank to choice One and my state bank cards were canceled strongly suggest do not use this Bank
