American flag at this location has been at half mast FOR MONTHS NOW - disrespectful.
Have been with the State Bank Grand Blanc North for over 25 years. Always LOVED visiting and doing business. However, it has made many changes with updates and personnel which sadly I feel falls short. The CS has gone down hill to the point to being unfriendly. Looking to pull my business account to another bank soon if I don't see any change. Just is no longer a friendly bank.
